Cooking with (No) Gas

Olive oil, garlic, and parsley: a  perfect dip for bread


An olive oil dip made to go with a piece of crusty bread: Extra Virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, fresh Italian parsley, chopped garlic (from two cloves), a sprinkle of thyme, oregano and basil, with a dash of garlic powder. So good.
