Oven-roasted Rosemary Chicken

Sundays' dinner was the essence of simplicity: roast chicken, seasoned with rosemary, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper, 
with pats of margarine on top for a good crispy skin. The au jus is absolutely delicious over rice. Voilà!
