Cooking with (No) Gas

More awesome food, courtesy of my local grocery store. They carry a wide variety of organic selections that are surprisingly affordable. In many cases, the "little guys" doing great things are beating the bigger, less healthy brands. 

Yesterdays' breakfast was a cup of fat free probiotic vanilla yogurt with a quarter cup of Chappaqua Crunch granola and a handful of raisins that I drizzled with honey, then sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg. So good! I felt full well past noon, fitting in shopping and a haircut before lunch.
