Cooking with (No) Gas

Yesterdays' lunch was a light special: two hard-boiled eggs, salt and pepper, a dressing made from Smart Balance mayo mixed with red wine vinegar, chopped pimento-stuffed manzanilla olives and some spices for flavor, like tarragon, paprika, and a dash of hot sauce. 

I really like Smart Balance products because they contain zero trans fats, and they still taste good. Highly recommend for anyone looking to trim saturated fats and those unwanted calories from their diet. And no, I didn't get paid to write that. Happy eating!
