Chicory and tomato salad with poached egg
Yesterday's burger indulgences left me craving a palate cleanser of clean, simple flavors, like this fresh chicory and tomato salad with a poached egg on top, dressed with a red wine vinaigrette made from olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper, and oregano. Ahh!
